Exceptional service and genuine care for your clothes. I have been using his services for years, and the quality, honesty, and attention to detail have always been exceptional. He is punctual with deliveries, charges very reasonable prices, and, most importantly, takes the time to properly inspect each garment before working on it. He has brought my decades-old sweaters back to life and made them feel almost new again. He has also carefully dry-cleaned and packaged heirloom sarees for me, ensuring they are stored properly so I can preserve them for years to come. What I particularly appreciate is his honesty. He clearly explains what can and cannot be done with a garment rather than making unrealistic promises. This has included assessing some of my older clothes for dyeing and explaining what was realistically possible. His instructions for caring for the clothes afterwards are equally clear and helpful. He is also extremely polite, well-spoken, and professional. I have now moved to Andheri, but I still make the effort to reach out to him for my seasonal clothes and anything particularly valuable or delicate. That, for me, says everything about the trust I have in his work. Highly recommended for anyone looking for someone reliable, careful, honest, and genuinely skilled with clothes.

I had a wonderful experience with this laundry service. My off-white traditional dress had very stubborn haldi stains, and I was quite worried because the fabric was delicate and sensitive. To my surprise, they removed all the stains completely without damaging the fabric or affecting the color of the dress. The dress looks clean and fresh again. Thank you for your excellent service, care, and attention to detail. I truly appreciate your work and highly recommend this laundry service.
